In a New York State of Mind

Yes, it's true. I'm moving to New York.

Feel free to echo Jason's "Adele, what the crap?!" sentiment. I know how crazy it sounds...but it's what I need to do.

I've been asked to give the genesis story of how this all came about. I'll do that in another blog post since it's after 11pm right now and I should be in bed.

I'll start the story for you, though, and fill in the details tomorrow.

So, there I was, back in May 2011 feeling that a "Big Change" was coming. And silly me, I considered a "Big Change" as something on par with getting another job within my company or finally deciding on and matriculating into a graduate school program. But no. Big really meant B-I-G. As in life-altering, faith-stretching, grounds for the insanity plea B-I-G.
